Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what data Standup ("the App") collects, how it is used, and how you can control it.

1. Information We Collect

When crash reporting is enabled (the default), the App may send the following anonymous diagnostic data:

Crash reports and error traces
Performance traces and profiling data
Device and system information (macOS version, hardware model)
App version and update channel (stable or beta)

If you choose to send feedback through the in-app feedback form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. Feedback is sent via Sentry and is only collected when crash reporting is enabled.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Standup does not collect:

Your identity or account information
Keystrokes, mouse movements, or input content
Screen content, screenshots, or window titles
Location data
Browsing history or app usage beyond Standup itself

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data to:

Identify and fix crashes and bugs
Improve app performance and stability
Respond to feedback you submit

4. Third-Party Services

Diagnostic data is processed by Sentry, a third-party error tracking service. Sentry receives only the anonymous data described above. No personal data is shared with any other third party.

5. Your Choices

You can opt out of all diagnostic data collection at any time by opening Settings → Others and turning off "Send Anonymous Crash Reports". When disabled, no crash reports, performance data, or feedback are sent.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
