Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before purchasing or using Standup ("the App"), a macOS desktop application developed by Standup ("we", "us", "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on macOS devices you own or control, for personal or internal business purposes.

The App and all associated content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to the design, code, graphics, and trademarks — are and remain the exclusive property of Standup and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand features.
We may release updates to the App from time to time. Updates may be required for continued use and may modify or remove features. We are not obligated to provide any updates or continued support.
Standup collects anonymous diagnostic data — including crash reports, performance traces, and basic device information — to help us identify and fix issues. This data is processed by Sentry, a third-party error tracking service. No personal information is collected or shared. You can opt out at any time in the App's settings. The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Standup be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
We may terminate or suspend your license at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, and Limitation of Liability) will survive.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
